1. Acceptance
By using gogeehaw.com, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the site.
2. Nature of the service
The site is currently in pre-launch phase. It provides a presentation page for the upcoming product and a signup form for a waitlist. No paid service is offered yet. Any feature, price, or launch date mentioned on the site is indicative and subject to change.
3. Waitlist signup
Signup is free, with no commitment, and cancelable anytime (deletion request at [email protected] or via unsubscribe link in emails). By signing up, you authorize gogeehaw to contact you by email about the product launch.
4. Intellectual property
The name gogeehaw, the logo, design, texts, illustrations and source code of the site are the property of gogeehaw (and/or its licensed providers). Any reproduction without written authorization is prohibited.
5. Availability
We do our best to keep the site available 24/7, but no guarantee is provided. The service may be interrupted for maintenance, updates, or technical reasons without notice.
6. Limitation of liability
The site is provided "as is". No express or implied warranty is offered regarding its use, reliability, or suitability for a particular purpose. gogeehaw cannot be held liable for any indirect damage resulting from the use of the site, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
7. User behavior
You agree not to:
- Attempt to access non-public parts of the system
- Submit the form in an automated manner (bots, scripts)
- Use emails you don't own
- Attempt to overload or disrupt the service
- Use the content for illegal purposes or contrary to public morals
Any violation may result in immediate blocking without notice.
8. Changes to the terms
These terms may be modified at any time. The version in force is the one published on this page. For substantial changes, you will be notified by email if you are signed up for the waitlist.
9. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of Quebec (Canada). Any dispute relating to the site will be submitted to the competent courts of the judicial district of Montreal, except for any mandatory legal provision applicable to the consumer's domicile.
